South African Ocean Festival

The South African Ocean Festival celebrates the beauty and power of the ocean, through various ocean sports, art, music and food.

The website was planned and developed in a relatively short time frame, but with the idea in mind that it can be expanded to cover various cities at a later stage. So it was bult with simplicity and scalability in mind.

For the ease of event management, each event form has a "watch" and "participate" section. This allows editors to upload content in one form, but displayed to the public on two different pages, so that athlete and spectator information can easily be kept seaprate.
